Delete your Morabaraba account

You can delete your account from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. Either way the result is the same, and it cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Morabaraba and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

The account is cleared immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

1. Email admin@motebo.co.za from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Morabaraba account”. If you signed in with Google, use that Google address.
2. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your username, display name and email address.
• Your avatar photo.
• Your messages, direct messages and comments.
• Push notification tokens for your devices.
• Your experience points, achievements, streaks, coins and owned avatars.
• The ability to sign in to this account, ever again.

What is kept

Your ratings and match history stay, with your name removed, because your opponents’ head-to-head records and past leaderboards depend on them. They are no longer connected to you or to any personal information.
